  • Sponsored Walk from Laxey Beach to Snaefell

    April 2026
     
    Vicky Quilliam recently organised another sponsored walk from Laxey Beach to Snaefell. More than 20 people, including a number of children, walked the 6 miles up to the summit, which is more than 2,000 feet above sea level. The walk raised over £1,000 for the MS Society and Vicky has now raised over £8,000 in total over a number of fundraising activities.
  • Sara’s marathon fundraiser

    April 2026 On 12th April, Sara Kilduff completed the Brighton marathon in honour of both her Aunt Kathleen who had MS and also her cousin Andrew who currently has primary progressive MS. Sara raised over £1,600 for the MS Society.
  • Rebecca’s Marathon Fundraiser

    On 26th April, Rebecca Kelly ran the London Marathon and raised and raised a whopping £1,914 for the MS Society. Many thanks Rebecca.
  • Donation From Sporting and Dining Club IOM and Standard Bank

    June 2026
     
    The MS Society received a generous donation of £2,894 following a recent function held by the Sporting and Dining Club IOM. The function was sponsored by Standard Bank. 
    MS Society Treasurer, Ruth Robinson, along with MS Society member, Kimberley Moore, received the cheque from John Wannenburg of the Sporting & Dining Club.

  • Wheel & Walk #9 at the NSC

    May 2026

     
    On a a chilly Saturday morning, more than 140 hardy,enthusiastic people took part in the MS Society's 9th annual Wheel & Walk and raised over £4,000 for the MS Society.
